Sticky Fingers

Started the first batch of Resin Coated Box Prints.
Step one was staining the sides of each box to match the particular print.

Next was to glue each image to the corresponding box and clear coat them.

Then, carefully pour the 2 part clear coat resin over each box. This is incredibly messy, and I haven't figured out a cleaner way to do it.

There are tons of bubbles left in the resin, so you have to use a blow torch to make them raise to the surface.

Now they will sit untouched for 24 to 48 hours, and I will sand the hardened resin drips off the bottom, sign the inside, and they will be ready to sell. If you're interested in a purchase, you can send me an email
